How the Partner Program Works

1. Apply & Get Approved
  • Complete the Partner Program application with your contact and business information.
  • Our team reviews your application. Approval is required before you can participate in the program.
2. Receive Your Partner Account & Unique Referral Tools
  • Once approved, you'll receive a dedicated Partner account.
  • Partners receive unique discount codes and/or referral links that can be shared with prospective students.
3. Earn Commission
  • When a qualifying student enrolls using your approved referral code or link, you can earn 5%–10% commission, based on the applicable Partner Program terms.
  • Commissions earned become available for payout on the 25th of the following month, subject to the applicable Partner Program terms and any required adjustments.

The Adelante Partner Program is a referral and affiliate program for approved Partners who want to refer prospective students to Adelante Real Estate Academy.


Partners can earn 5%–10% commission on qualifying enrollments generated through their unique referral codes or links, according to the applicable Partner Program terms.

Individuals, businesses, organizations, professionals, content creators, community leaders, and others with a relevant audience or network may apply.

You do not necessarily need to be a licensed real estate professional.

All applications are reviewed individually.

First, complete the Partner Program application.
Our team will review your information. If approved, you'll receive access to your Partner/Affiliate account and your unique referral tools.

Partner/Affiliate accounts are separate from regular student accounts.

Your Partner account is used for Partner-related activities, referral tracking, commissions, and other Partner features.

Approved Partners receive unique discount codes and/or referral links.

When a qualifying student uses your approved code or referral link to enroll, the referral can be associated with your Partner account according to the program's tracking and attribution rules.

Approved Partners can earn between 5% and 10% on qualifying enrollments, according to the applicable Partner Program terms.

Commissions earned during a calendar month are scheduled to become available for payout on the 25th of the following month.

For example, when would a November referral be paid?

A qualifying enrollment made on November 1 or November 20 would generally be included in the November commission period and become available for payout on December 25th (business days)

Partner commissions are paid primarily through PayPal.
Partners must provide accurate payment information and meet any applicable payment requirements.

Yes, approved Partners may promote the program through permitted marketing channels, subject to the Partner Program's terms and applicable advertising requirements.

You may share your approved referral code according to the Partner Program Terms.

Any referral must meet the program's requirements to qualify for commission.

Use of Adelante Real Estate Academy's trademarks, logos, images, advertisements, and other brand materials may be subject to specific guidelines.

Partners should only use approved materials and should not modify or represent Adelante's brand in a misleading way

Commission eligibility may be affected by refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or other adjustments.

The specific treatment of these situations is determined by the current Partner Program Terms.

A referral must meet the requirements for a qualifying enrollment under the Partner Program Terms.

Certain transactions, self-referrals, duplicate referrals, cancellations, refunds, fraudulent activity, or other excluded transactions may not qualify.

No, Self-referrals may not qualify for commission.

In order to maintain fairness and transparency in the Adelante Real Estate Academy Partner Program, Affiliates/Partners are not eligible to receive cash commissions on their own course purchases.

Affiliates/Partners may use their personal referral code to receive the applicable discount when enrolling; however, no cash commission or affiliate commission will be awarded for self-referrals or personal purchases made using their own code.

Partner applications are reviewed by the Adelante team. Approval times may vary depending on the information provided and the volume of applications.

Adelante Real Estate Academy reserves the right to decline Partner applications.

If your application is not approved, you may contact Adelante if you have questions about the decision or future eligibility.
